Overview
NeuroVista Labs, operator of NeuroArt, respects your right to control your personal data. You can disconnect third-party integrations, delete content you created, or request full account deletion using the options below. These instructions satisfy data deletion requirements for platform providers (including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and others) where applicable.
Option 1 — Disconnect platform integrations
To stop NeuroArt from accessing a connected social or messaging account without deleting your entire NeuroArt account:
- Sign in to NeuroArt at https://neuroartai.com.
- Open Marketing → Connections.
- Disconnect the platform you no longer want linked (Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Disconnecting revokes our OAuth or API access tokens for that integration. We delete stored tokens and connection metadata for the disconnected platform within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention cycles.
Option 2 — Revoke access on the third-party platform
You can also remove NeuroArt from the provider's side. Steps vary by platform; common locations include connected apps, business integrations, or developer authorization settings. Examples:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → select NeuroArt → Remove.
- TikTok — TikTok account settings → Security → Manage app permissions (or equivalent Apps section).
- LinkedIn — Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services / Third-party apps.
- Google / YouTube — Google Account → Security → Third-party access (if connected via Google OAuth).
- X — Settings → Security and account access → Connected apps.
- WhatsApp — remove or reconfigure the business connection through your WhatsApp Business / Meta Business settings.
Revoking access on the provider side stops future data access even if you do not sign in to NeuroArt. We recommend also disconnecting inside NeuroArt so our systems remove stored credentials promptly.
Option 3 — Delete content in your account
You can delete individual items from within the product where those controls exist, including:
- Generated images, videos, and media projects
- Campaigns, drafts, and scheduled posts
- Leads, inbox threads, and automation configurations
- Creative package orders and uploads where deletion is supported
Deleting content removes it from active use in the Services. Residual copies may persist in backups for a limited time before being purged according to our retention schedule.
Option 4 — Request full account data deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data across all NeuroArt services, email vcapeluto@neurovistalabs.com or support@neurovistalabs.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your NeuroArt account
- A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted
- Optional: specific connected platforms to include (Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter))
- Optional: whether you want generated media and campaign history deleted or retained until automatic expiry
We will verify your identity using the account email before processing the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical backup cycles.
What we delete
When a verified deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- Account profile information (name, email, preferences, settings)
- OAuth tokens and records for all connected platforms
- Campaigns, scheduled posts, leads, inbox messages, and automation configurations
- Uploaded source files and generated media stored in your workspace
- Referral or associate attribution tied to your account
- Billing metadata not required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention record-keeping
What we may retain
We may retain certain information when required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, or comply with tax and accounting obligations — for example, transaction records, invoices, audit logs, or information subject to a legal hold. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
Content you already published to third-party platforms before deletion may remain on those platforms until you remove it through the platform's own tools. Deleting your NeuroArt account does not automatically delete posts, messages, or ads already delivered to external networks.
Platform provider requirements
Social and messaging platforms require a public URL explaining how users can request data deletion when an app accesses their information. This page fulfills that requirement for NeuroArt across our integrations, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter).
If a platform sends an automated data-deletion callback related to your account, we process it in line with this policy and the provider's specifications, in addition to any request you submit directly to us.
